#MEAction North Carolina Support Call

Please join #MEAction North Carolina for our monthly support call on the second Thursday of the month at 1PM EST.  We welcome all people with ME/CFS or Long Covid, along with their caregivers or family.  

This call is a safe place to share your experiences, voice your concerns, and connect with others dealing with the same issues.  We are here to offer both emotional support and practical solutions for coping with ME/CFS.  The call is informal, and no preparation is required.  Topics will vary depending on the needs of the community.
